Amurka, welcome! The site has been up for about 8 weeks and is receiving modest traffic. That said, we are wildly enthusiastic about the number of downloads for the music video, rapidly approaching the 50,000 mark! That's totally cool! Thanks for your interest and we hope you enjoy the video!

Unfortunately, the donations are lagging behind the downloads. We're not sure we'll be able to continue the project at this rate, and our ambition to create additional materials is going to be hard to realize.

Our ultra-small staff of volunteers has taken time out of their schedules to contribute to the project. We estimate that over 2000 man-hours or more have been invested in the project so far, with donations in time, equipment, and expertise from a wide members of contributors. Because these people care deeply about our current political course. We had hoped we could get out a message to the less politically inclined in an entertainment-friendly method and hope to encourage their participation. We're asking for a modest contribution to support our project if you like what you see. The monies will be invested in more materials for the Amurka.com project.

We don't have the same resources as a Michael Moore or a MoveOn.org, but we share their goals for changing the political tide in America. But we can't do it alone!
